About the Project

Chipley Parking Lot

The Chipley Parking Lot portion of the overall "BoPlex Renovations" project first includes the demolition/clearing of the Chipley Lot (~2 acres).  Following the initial demolition scope, there will be new storm drainage utilities and grading to be completed preceding the installation of a new asphalt parking lot.

To support the parking lot structure, with its proximity to the neighboring Bojangles Coliseum parking areas, a retaining wall will be installed. Additionally, sidewalks, accessible ramps, and EV Charging stations will be installed within the new parking area.

Bojangles AHU Replacement

The Bojangles AHU Demo & Replacement portion of the overall "BoPlex Renovations" project first includes the demolition of six (6) existing, non-functioning AHUs in Bojangles Colsieum and associated steel support platforms.  Following the initial demolition scope, there will be a concurrent new AHU install for those removed, as well as the demolition and replacement of the remaining ten (10) AHUs in Bojangles Coliseum.

To support the install of these new AHUs, a new steel substructure will be constructed for each new AHU, fastening to the existing Bojangles Coliseum structure.
